Shell Viral Video – Ghost on the street

Imagine driving in the wee hours of the morning, and out of nowhere this ‘thing’ rose up from the ground. While it may not be scary but for sure it will be one major ‘WTF was that!’ moment. This video was caught from an in-car digital video recorder in Ukraine. The driver had no idea what it was but as soon as the video went viral, it became clear that this was part of a Shell sponsored road safety campaign.
