Key changes include different headlamps (projector type and LED daytime running lights[1]), new tail lamp cluster, redesigned front bumper, new wheel design and wing mirror mounted turn signals. Also updated is the Crawl Control feature – Toyota’s version for hill ascent / descent assist. In the current model, Crawl feature will maintain a constant speed when climbing / descending steep inclines, allowing the driver to concentrate on steering the vehicle. The system has 3 pre-set speeds to choose from, while the improved version will have 5 pre-set speeds to allow for greater flexibility in handling the inclines.
Below is a video demonstration for the Land Cruiser’s Crawl Control.
